Rabia Dastgir Design Consultants Inc. is a full-service design firm specializing in brand identity, functional apparel, and creative strategy. With over 17 years of experience in luxury fashion, uniforms, and sustainable design, I create solutions that blend aesthetics, comfort, and purpose.
I believe that design is more than visuals—it’s about crafting identity, fostering belonging, and strengthening brand connection. From corporate uniforms to brand experiences, we empower businesses through storytelling and design.
Meet Me
I am a fashion designer, brand consultant, and industry leader with expertise spanning couture, uniform design, and sustainable business strategy.
My journey began in Quetta, Pakistan, where my passion for art and structure influenced me to pursue studying Fashion Design at the Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design and specialize in French Contour at L’École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture, Paris.
My career started with retail fashion, collaborating with international brands such as Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nautica, managing global manufacturing partnerships. After moving to Vancouver in 2015, I launched my own couture label, showcasing at Vancouver Fashion Week, earning features in Vogue UK, Elle, and Glamour.
From 2017 to 2023, I led teams at EdwardsX, developing trend-driven uniforms and corporate apparel for Whataburger, T-Mobile, Microsoft, and VistaJet. Today, I continue to shape brand identity and functional fashion, designing for industry leaders worldwide.
